This council-wide plan builds on the Climate and Covid Resilience Plan, expanding resilience strategies to all of TUC. It includes risk and vulnerability assessments, prioritized actions, and implementation frameworks. Key focus areas are water security, waste management, extreme weather preparedness, and ecosystem health. It integrates multi-level governance and aligns with national climate policies, aiming to embed resilience into Teinainano Urban Council’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.
